EXECUTIVE BOARD

After completing his high school education at Vefa High School, Şevket Bilal Irmak graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Newcastle University. Subsequently, he studied Finance and Business Administration.

Irmak, who started his business life at an early age in the family business in Beyoğlu and Tahtakale, founded his first company Riverside Floral Foam in 2009 and continued his career as the Turkey representative of Smithers' Oasis Company based in Ohio, USA between 2010 and 2015 and as "Managing Partner" in La Peri Glass company in England during the same period. After returning to Turkey, between 2015 and 2018, he worked as the manager of the family shares in Anka Project Consulting Company in the field of "Electromechanical Project Design and Electromechanical Project Contracting". As of 2018, he transferred his shares in this company and established 2B Global Engineering company and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of this company, and since 2019, he has been serving as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dünya Şehir Real Estate Development company.

Between 2020 and 2022, he was Managing Partner at Hayat Kart and Eks-Pa Bilgisayar. Şevket Bilal Irmak has realized successful projects in the fields of Electromechanics, Information and Communication Technologies, Weak Current and Building Automation, Scada, Professional Audio-Video and Broadcasting Systems through the companies and offices he established in Turkey and abroad.

He was born in 1983 in Istanbul. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. In 2006, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering. Serbest completed his master's degree in Systems Engineering at the same university and continues his doctoral studies in the same department.

He started his professional career in 2006 at Bayrampaşa Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş. He started as Deputy General Manager and continued as General Manager at GES Industrial Electronics, a company producing ready-made wall panels, between 2008 and 2010. In 2010-2013, he worked as General Manager at Estetika Çevre Tasarım, which manufactures GRP fiber concrete, and in 2013-2014, he worked as Managing Partner at BASE D.O.O., based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In addition to national companies, he has also held senior management positions in international companies. In 2014-2015, he worked as project general coordinator at Dubai-based Ghassan Aboud Group, and between 2015-2021, he served as CEO at Saudi Arabia-based Al Ajaj Trading Group. On the same dates, he simultaneously advised the Board of Directors of Qatar-based Alsarh Holding Group and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Megapol İnşaat İzmir.

Serbest, who is married with two children, currently continues his business life as the General Manager of Dünya Şehir Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve İnşaat A.Ş. and continues his academic career as a lecturer at Haliç University Faculty of Engineering.

After completing his high school education in 2011, he successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2016, where he started his undergraduate education. He holds a master's degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from Istanbul Medeniyet University. He continued his professional and academic development by working on various special issues in different fields such as Corporate Law, Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy Law, Family Law and Construction Law.

He has been working as a lawyer at "Ahmet Yum Law Firm" since 2015. In addition, “Emir Varlık Yönetim A.Ş.” He works as a Legal Advisor. During this time he gained extensive experience in the financial industry. As part of his professional activities, he established the "Lighthouse İnşaat Danışmanlık" company in 2016 to provide consultancy services in the field of real estate development, investment and construction law. He has been working as a Member of the Executive Board at Dünya Şehir Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve İnşaat A. Ş. since 2022.

Born in 1985 in Istanbul, Recep Asılsoy graduated from the Department of Business Administration in English and continues his studies in the Human Resources program at Istanbul University. Mr. Asılsoy started his business life as a partner in Apsis Construction Company and currently serves as the general coordinator of Orsa Denizcilik Company.

He is a board member of many foundations and NGOs.

1985 İstanbul doğumlu Recep Asılsoy, İngilizce İşletme bölümü mezunu olup İstanbul Üniversitesi İnsan Kaynakları programına devam etmektedir. İş yaşamına Apsis İnşaat şirketinde ortak olarak başlayan Asılsoy halen Orsa Denizcilik şirketinde genel koordinatör olarak görev yapmaktadır.
