The project includes a construction area of 26.500 m², 15.500 m² Landscape area, 13.500 m² Commercial area, Home-extension concept, social and sports facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports center, massage and therapy room, cinema and game rooms and Turkish Bath.
Dünya Şehir Maltepe is planned as a magnificent living center that gathers all the requirements of city life in a single location with its superior location and apartment options with island view and is planned to be completed in 2025.
