PROJECT / REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION:The project is located in Maltepe Esenkent and construction started in 2023. Consisting of 9 blocks and 781 residences, the project is designed with horizontal architecture and will be realized as one of the largest projects on the Anatolian side.
The project includes a construction area of 26.500m2, 15.500m2 Landscape area, 13.500m2 Commercial area, Home-extension concept, social and sports facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports center, massage and therapy room, cinema and game rooms and Turkish Bath.
Dünya Şehir Maltepe is planned as a magnificent living center that gathers all the requirements of city life in a single location with its superior location and apartment options with island view and is planned to be completed in 2025.
